Throughout the spring and summer we planted several fruit trees and were given many edible plants.
On the property we now have a figtree, pomegranate, persimmon, Macadamia nut tree, nectarine tree kumquat, Chaya, cranberry hibiscus and many mangos, Moringa trees, guava, avocados, blueberries, raspberries and established citrus and grapefruit trees.
The beginning of our Permaculture garden as we get ready for 2016 sabbatical year.

Hello Moe,
I thought a letter would be a treat and special. A few things we have been up to.
The garden is growing peas, beans, lettuce, cucumbers and squash. We were given some more fruit trees papaya, figs blueberries and raspberries. Our chickens Einstein, Picky Chicky and Peckala should be producing eggs this month. We have a light on them for a few hours at night to make sure they will produce in the short sunlight months.
We have a few days to play at the end of the month, a day at the water park and Animal Kingdom/Epcot day. We found that Disney now sells Tim Horton’s coffee and I get a 40% discount so it was cheaper that purchasing on Amazon. We also had a beer making and tasting day at the farm with a picnic potluck out in the yard. A beautiful day!
We had several families over for dinner Friday night and enjoyed The Book of Ruth movie that I would recommend from Sight and Sound. It was an excellent musical of the biblical account of Ruth done with an excellence like Disney does.
I have been checking into airfare to come and see you maybe this January 21-31 We thought we would visit friends up in PA on the weekend. We were wondering where we could go for a sleigh ride together? and Snowmobile? Jillian and Dayna have never played in the snow so we would like to rent skates and skate on the big slough on the farm Tobogganing would be great too! Hope the time together can work out in your cleaning schedule.
We are starting a 20 week art class with a artist in Orlando this Thursday. The girls are entering a Art contest at the library. Dayna was given a art desk and art supplies so she continues to create. She has been painting shoes and finished her quilt project.
We also traveled to Ponce Intlet and saw the tallest lighthouse in the USA. We stopped in at the Marine Science lab and dissected a squid.
Jillian has been practicing driving and applied at Publix grocery store for a part-time job.
Our business is well and stable, David continues to provide quality service and enjoys what he does. His knee is about the same so He is now living with the pain level as normal life. He continues to use supplements for treatment.
We have been screening renters, so far three and still waiting for the right one to qualify.
Many interested but do not have the income to qualify to live there.
A new adventure for us.
Look forward to see the family soon, Miss you!
