Looking at the property the week after Pastor David's death, May 25, 2012. on June 1, 2012 after Amanda Blume called and said I just had a woosh from the Spirit and said you really need to consider this property. I said we will look at it today, that day the property behind us went up for sale with FOR SALE BY OWNER with no phone numbers. We purchased the property for 46,000 cash and now are in renovations.
We ripped out the porch rails, gutted the kitchen and main level bathroom and other areas with leakage. cut down two trees, repaired roof. new well and pump, power rewired, repaired back door, given 2 guinea hens fixed coop door, cut grass with riding law mower, cut more trees down, Evan made a fireplace mantel for us with the chainsaw. Painted doors, 2nd floor beam reenforced. painted living room with primer. Given a toilet from Millennial Mall and Greek tile from Disney. Free stove, microwave, sink, fan lights, and found nine oak kitchen cabinets on Craig's list for 240.00 just he night before we were thinking of ordering cabinets form Home Depot. Thank you Yahweh for wisdom and patience. We have a working shower with Hot water heater to be installed, Feb 10th final sheet rock finish in kitchen and living room. Plans to move in April 2013.
