Join our crew at the St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum in a piratical adventure through the world's largest collection of pirate artifacts!
The
Pirate Museum houses a unique collection of authentic artifacts along
with interactive technology that takes students on an historic adventure
through the Golden Age of Piracy and the lives of the era's most
infamous pirates.
With the "please touch" atmosphere and Disney
caliber audio-animatronics, paired with the provenance of the
Smithsonian Institution and rarely-seen artifacts from the state of
Florida's archeology vault, students will undertake an awesome journey
filled with compelling lore and surprising facts.
The Pirate
Museum educational program lasts on average just under one hour. Your
group will be met by one of our crew members, where they will receive an
introduction to the museum and interesting pirate history, including
tales from St. Augustine's infamous run-ins with pirates.
From
there, your fully-narrated adventure through pirate history will begin.
Your personal crew member will conduct comprehensive narration every
step of the way, with stops for fun, interactive activities like knot
tying, hoisting the Jolly Roger flag, and cannon firings.
The
thrilling audio chamber will be the highlight of the day as students
experience the sounds of Blackbeard's explosive last battle inside the
creepy darkness of his ship's hull.
Take an immersive, captivating journey through centuries of St. Augustine's rich history,
brought to breathtaking life at the Colonial Quarter—the revitalized two-acre signature
attraction in the heart of the downtown historic district. Experience the Nation's Oldest
City like never before with interactive activities, living history demonstrations and
graphical stories. Take part in a musket drill, climb to the top of
a 17th century watchtower replica, join
the Colonial Crew Revue for an evening
of lively historical entertainment, dine on authentic 18th century British and Spanish fare and more!

Most of these plants are grown “in house” meaning that we
start the plants from seeds or cuttings.Most of our cuttings come from our own stock.We take an organic approach to our growing methods.We do not spray synthetic pesticides or fungicides on our

beneficial insects such as ladybugs, praying mantis, and beneficial
mites as well as organic sprays like baking soda, vegetable oils,
neem oil and safer soaps to keep our insect and disease
