Jillian Turns 14

Wow! our girl is 14. We visited Grandma Doreen on Friday and Saturday we celebrated with presents, mostly clothes with Disney's Tangle 3D Blu ray. We brought home 3 Publix cakes from Beit Yisrael and made a great memory. Let's have some cake! Cake Face! Sunday we shared ice-cream cake with Annie Acosta who turned 16 on May 13. NEXT YEAR Driving.....=)

May we Never Forget Holocaust Play

This year in the Never Forget Holocaust play, Dayna was Anne Frank. She read: Dear Kitty and the amusings of a 13 year old school girl. She referenced restrictions the Nazi's put on Jews. She was also in the Barracks scene with Jillian and Mommy. Jillian express how the concentration camps were death camps by gas chamber. In the scene many of the young ladies could not believe the horrors. "It can't be true we are very important to them...was a quote."
A great experience and a time to reflect on history.

The Royal Wedding

We awoke at 4:30 a.m. and watched the wedding unfold till 8:30. The elegance and beauty of the princess perfect wedding was seen in a beautiful day, horse riders, carriages and a stunning bride and groom. Romans 12 was read, mentioning the need to be sacrifice giving your life to worship God, be generous humble leaders and to be at peace with all men. May the Lord reveal himself to these influential people and may rich and famous not be a stumbling block for them to know there creator who place them in a position as the future King and Queen of England.

Jillian's thoughts...Unique, Beautiful, and Formal, but if I could change one thing I would have less singing. They are a beautiful couple and I give them a huge "Congratulations!!!"

Dayna's thoughts...I think it was a very unique wedding, and a piece of history I will never forget.

Horsebackriding at Cypress Creek Stables

A great time place to ride 2 hours through Florida's natural pine forest. At Cypress Creek we were able to ride as a family with owner, Jan and ranch hand, Tweety. We enjoyed our time on the farm.

Boating at Lake Down in Windmere with Blume Family

A 3 hour tour on Lake Down in Windemere, Florida with friends, The Blume Family.
The girls 2nd time on a Big Bertha tube. Jillian, Dayna & Luke has an experience of a life time flying off and spinning a few times before landing in the water. They were like a sack of flying potatoes. They were OK, but the wind caught the tube just right and they went on a flying for a second, legs, arms and all.... They looked like rag-dolls trying to summer salts. We enjoyed the refreshing water, swimming and yummy snacks. The boat did get tired, and we had to have a tow, but still fun to have the lake all to ourselves. Thank you Blume family!!

Feast of Unleaven Bread

Jillian did not want her picture taken so Daddy is tickling her. Yummy fresh home cooked Unleavened bread. YUM!
